Hugo Lennox is the founder and Director of Achara Property, established in 2024. He is a fully licensed real estate professional, having earned his PSRA licence after several years of hands-on experience in the Irish property market. Hugo also holds a degree in Business and Management, which he completed in 2020, further strengthening his strategic and operational approach to the industry.

With Achara, Hugo brings a modern, transparent, and client-focused vision to both residential and commercial real estate services. His strong foundation in business, combined with practical property expertise, underpins Achara’s commitment to high-quality service and long-term value.

Before dedicating himself fully to real estate, Hugo had a career in professional rugby. He is a two-time Olympian, having proudly represented Ireland at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Now retired from international competition, Hugo channels the same discipline, drive, and focus into his growing business.

Adam

Adam Hession is the Senior Sales Negotiator at Achara Properties, bringing a professional, customer-focused approach to every property. After studying Property Services and Facilities Management at Atlantic Technological University Sligo, Adam obtained his license and began his career in the property industry.
 
Known for his friendly approach and strong work ethic, Adam enjoys building genuine relationships with clients while guiding them through every stage of the buying and selling process.
 
Outside of property, Adam has represented Ireland on the international boxing stage and is a three-time Senior Irish boxing champion. He brings the discipline, determination, and resilience developed throughout his boxing career into his day-to-day work.
 
Adam understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and he believes it should be an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Whether you’re taking your first step onto the property ladder, moving home, or selling an investment property, he’ll be on hand to offer honest advice, answer any questions, and support you every step of the way.

Zoe

Zoe is Achara Property’s Marketing Manager, known for her trend-savvy approach and creative edge. Zoe leads all things branding, content, and digital strategy. As a top-tier videographer and expert in social media content creation, Zoe produces high-impact visuals and campaigns that consistently drive engagement and elevate the Achara brand across every platform.
